Items Purchased Online
Online orders must be initiated within 14 days of purchase to be eligible for a return or exchange.
All full-price items are returnable for store credit. Without exception, sale items and discounted items may be returned for store credit only unless marked final sale.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Returns on eligible items will be accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Items on sale are not eligible for return.
RETURNS: Submit a return request
Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.
1. Log in to your account:
1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click Request return. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
EXCHANGES
To make an exchange, place a new order online and reach out to our team to return the item you no longer want.
All merchandise must be unworn, unaltered, and in otherwise perfect condition in order to be considered for return. Shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface, and must be returned in their original, undamaged shoe box.
Your account will be credited within 5 business days of receipt. Please note that it may take up to an additional 10 days for the refund to show up on your account statement, depending on your credit issuer's processing time.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the conditions stated above. If your return does not comply with the conditions stated above, the package will be sent back to you and a refund will not be granted.
